| 1. Download the
order form/rental contract
2. All film(s) and tape(s) order forms
must include:
The order form listing film/tape title, screening date(s)
and venue(s), the film or video maker’s name(s),
the number of screenings and the programmer’s contact
details.
The order form must be correctly filled in, signed and
stamped by the organisation responsible for the rental
contract This copy, once agreed and signed by Cinédoc & Paris-Films-Coop,
will constitute the rental contract (of which you will
be sent a copy by return).
Proof of "door to door" insurance covering
all risks and guaranteeing the print(s)/tape(s) to full
replacement value or a cheque as deposit to the value
of the print(s)/tape(s) ordered and supplied may also
be requested.
Your order will be considered confirmed on reception
of the above-mentioned documents, within a minimum of
15 days before screening date(s). The rental amount must
be paid before the films are supplied.
3. Film/tape transport charges are
to be paid by the hirer, whether despatched to the hirer
by recorded delivery or collected at an agreed time from
our offices.
4. In cases where programming requires
prints/tapes for longer than one week, each additional
week will incur further rental charges.
5. Films and/or tapes must, in all
cases and in all circumstances, be returned the next
working day after the screening date; failure to do so
will incur late penalty payments at the rate of a further
daily rental charge.
PLEASE NOTE : If the number of films
rented is large enough, individual rates can be negotiated.
Otherwise the minimum rental charge is 30 €. |
